Belonging to the Moraceae family, it is native to tropical Asia. Its leaves are medium-sized and oval, and it produces fruits very similar to figs, though they are not edible.
Ficus Cyathistipula is a highly adaptable plant that can tolerate temperatures ranging from 10°C to 30°C and has a fast growth rate.
All ficus plants help humidify indoor environments and are considered effective air purifiers. In particular, this plant is a strong absorber of formaldehyde, a harmful substance released by cigarette smoke, stove gas, plastic bags, nail polishes and paints, fabrics, and curtains.





It needs a lot of light, it also resists the direct sun.
From may to september twice a month with complete liquid fertilizer.
In summer water it abundantly while in winter reduce water quantities. Water imbalances are the most common cause of falling leaves.
