It needs a lot of light and can even be placed in direct sunlight.

During the spring-summer period, it should be fertilized once a month with a complete liquid fertilizer. During the autumn-winter period, fertilization should be suspended.

It should be considered a succulent plant. Water only when the soil dries out. Avoid overwatering to prevent root rot.

Description

SANSEVIERIA SUPERBA
VP/17 H= 45 CM

A plant native to West Africa, it features fleshy, sessile (without petioles), narrow, and long leaves that are streaked with green and white, with yellow edges.

The Sansevieria is part of, and likely the most representative example of, the so-called “hard to kill” plants—those that are difficult to kill, even with effort!

In fact, it is a plant that tolerates high temperatures well. During the summer, it can withstand temperatures of up to 30°C. In winter, the optimal temperatures range from 13°C to 18°C, but the temperature should not drop below 3°C.
