It needs light but not direct sunlight.

 

From May to September, apply a complete liquid fertilizer once a month.

 

Water abundantly from April to October, with moderation for the rest of the year. It is advisable to place saucers filled with moist gravel to prevent overwatering the soil. During the hot season, spray the leaves twice a day.

It belongs to the Araceae family and is native to the tropical regions of America, particularly Brazil, Colombia, Macrinica, and Guyana. Its distinctive feature is its very large, glossy leaves, which can be green or purple and have a leathery texture. The minimum winter temperature is 13°-16°C.
